The Unique Place to Be in a Crisis
I don't think there was really initial panic honestly and on the side of like the empty team. People were energized because they wanted help and I think they saw like a clear path to do it so it wasn't like the crisis where you're having the war rooms and people are anxious. And one of the things that I was telling everyone after was really rare place to be in it where the crisis happens - usually you're on the defensive. It can be really stressful, tempers are high anxiety people everybody has a really strong point of view.
