The Meaning of Shame in the Bible

Shame can be a very useful teaching. I think it is good to have e distinction between what we're saying and saying when we talk about shame and guilt. The bible does tend to use those words interchangeably in a way that bernet brown has decided not to. And for the believer, we don't mean like, oh, i really want you to die. We want them to die a spiritual death and and be raised to life. It was fascinating because it showed me how much brune brown has influenced the way we think about the term shame.
