Building a Business Relationship With Your Co-Founder

When you're friends, it's easy to focus on the things you're similar in. But carrot co-founder and myself are very different in a lot of ways. For me, my friendships tend to always be focused on business or related relationships. So I'd rather hang out with friends where our conversations, even over dinner, is about work career.
