CNN's John Sutter asks what is the philosophy of ai, or externalities. He says we have to think about who are we putting around and how these systems are used. What constraints are we placing around these systems? And more importantly, can we put them into the physical world in whatever way they want? We've got to have a huge amount of regulation round how these things are used from food to guns.
