Why You Shouldn't Initiate Sex
A woman that intentionally put alarms on her phone to remind her periodically to think a sexy thought. She purposely listened to content that got her thinking more about sex, and she cultivated her eroticism through it. And now she lives at a higher sexual level and is much more ready to engage with her spouse sexually. Sometimes couples will in tentionally tell the lower desire spouse that it's all on them to initiate. This further dampens any sexual desire to initiate. So it's easier not to initiate at all.
