The Sixth Circuit just issued an appalling decision in a case called L.W. versus Scrametti. It's about Tennessee's SB1, which bans gender affirming care including anyone providing puberty blockers or hormones to anyone under the age of 18. This is the first court anywhere in the country to hold that those laws are constitutional.
