How to Fast in Ramadan

You start at the age of 12, which is when most of the, that's when you get involved in Islam as far as fasting and stuff like that goes. The only way for the fast to account has to do with a word called Nia in I Y Y A H. And that literally means intention. So unless you really feel it in your heart, then it doesn't count. It, but everything counts like a little more during Ramadan, apparently.
