Building a Functional Polyculture Riparian Buffer
Many of the best practices we could put in place would take away from growing crops that farmers are used to. You have a two to five year window before you're breaking even, and I don't know any farm who can just take that hit for that many years. So anything we can do to remove the bad and the negative incentives and build some new incentives in would be really great.
