I think that there's a range on both sides. Sometimes it's the people that are closest to us, its family, its friends,. That we have more evidence to build a monster story, a villain story, a victim story. So you're saying number two is literally just saying, okay, how are they a hero? How, in this case, my children, how were they the hero this morning? And find a way, find a story to make them a hero. Without knowing the ins and outs, it's not that easy to come up with what that solution is for you in that moment.
