Rital Ashar is joined by three panelists from World Service Partners stations in the U.S. Rick Plutter, Ben Giles and Marisa Lagos talk about how demographics begin to affect the vote. There is lower voter turnout in the midterms than what we see in a presidential year that there's just a lot more excitement built around a presidential election. And so they are always looking for something in the mid elections to inspire more people to get out and vote.
