Is It a Double Negative or a Negative?
I think there's some, I mean, we could kind of take it from both sides. We're here to make money in the, you know, our salary isn't a charity type of thing. Turning over one skill employee, forget about the morale, it just doesn't make business sense. It costs so much to onboard and make a consultant or public facing technologist productive. You know, that's very expensive. And I can, we can do things to address developer burnout.
