Pastor: You need to create brand new volunteer opportunities that didn't exist before in light of what i hope is going to be an increasingly hybrid model for churches all over the world. He says we built so much of our volunteering around a sunday centric big attractional crowd event and there's nothing wrong with that but at the same time we need a vision that that sees a seven day a week in carnational serving approach, he adds. Pastor: The average christian hasn't really been effectively discipled and so many of their questions align with the questions of non-questions.
