S l a, researchers should not dismiss teachers experiences and insights. To me, it's a huge missed opportunity when esal research can not give teachers any clues as to what their findings mean for them. Even if you don't teach spelling or herte speakers, you can still get something from that article. A research doesn't have all the answers but it gives us clues to help us reflect. And muta ratias does a great job of bring them into context.
