We tend to procrastinate because having anxiety shoots up or dopemin levels nor a benefron, and that's what helps motivate you. We train ourselves to be stressed in order to focus and be overwhelmed. As we get to c four, we're looking at the entire year. Did we get close to those goals that we set out for ourselves nine months ago? So right now you might be in this position where you're looking at your desires, your dreams, nine months ago,. What you thought you would be doing, where you thought you'd be accomplishing. And i feel like almost if i'm not, then it's even more out of reach than i thought it was.
