Is It a Good Time to Sell My Losers?

It's taken me 25 years, but i finally come to the realization that i suck capital letters. Suck at picking individual stock sectors. The last year has been an eye opener for me that i've no business trying to beat the market. With everything being downright now, is it a good time to sell my losers once and for al n put those investments into target date index funds? Do you think there's evera better time to do this? When stocks are doing great, you're not goin't want to sell em. Bcause yu're ging to think i'm leaving money on the table.
