The Bosqe Del a Pache, the Woods of the Apache

Christina: One one of the most amazing places that i have been to is called the bosqe del a pache, the woods of the apache. It is on ta course, the rio grande river and it is a place where hundreds of thousands of migrating birds gather every winter. There are sand hill cranes, which are very prehistoric; there are over a hundred thousand snow geese. I put this in the book as a sacred, sacred event, a sacred place.
