Is C++ a Good Language for Programming Arduino's?

An Arduino is a common single board computer with a built in screen and controls. The reason that I'm recommending it is as a learning device. So it offers you a way of learning part of code. In particular, it uses C++ which might be a turn off for some people but can also be an advantage.
