Is There a Book or a Show About Mental Health?
Young Me Harkensback is the best recommendation you've ever made. Severance, which I finally watched on Apple TV, is this really weird and disturbing show about a company that partitions your brain. Do you have any resolutions for the New Year? Oh, never. Never. No. You watch it too? Yeah. It's kind of genre busting and there's a horror element to it. There are scary elements. And it's not going to be for everybody. But it did look intriguing though.
