Squash Soup

I love a good autumnal, pureed squash based soup. I think this particular one happened to be a corn squash. So the base was just sauteed onion and then I had roasted the acorn squash. Then I scooped it out into the, into the soup, added some amount of chicken stock,. um, bit of cream and I immersion blended the whole thing to get it to that... Yeah. Uh, what do you call it? When you like blend something up really fine and like the then consistency, uh, viscosity, maybe, I feel like there's a word for it. We say blitzed.Yeah. Okay. And then I made a very
