I think that we got a lot from that first address on the 9th of September when he declared you know that he wasn't going to be doing the sort of things that he'd done before as Prince of Wales. As King his public statements will all be approved by the government and I actually completely support that because people don't have to listen to him if they don't want to. Paul what's your estimate? Yes I think he really certainly had a substantial apprenticeship I think.
