The Voliska Murders
The town of Voliska, Iowa was rocked by a series of murders in the early 1970s. Senator Frank Jones and local minister Lynn George Kelly were among the first suspects. William Mansfield had been suspected in two other murders prior to Voliska which didn't help his case. The final suspect recanted his confession after complaining about police brutality.
