After charlottesville, there ws something within far right groups called the optics debate. So between the christians and the pagans, there was a dispute. And the group that wn were the traditional catholics, the trad caths. They have been propagating that kind of messaging to allow a kind of counter cultural, reactionary conservatism That is not explicitly on board with those agendas. But i think unless people, you know, want to be the type of trad cat that endorses the rampant petifeli in the catholic church and wilfully ignore the, like, very proud history of the catholic worker and dorothy day then it seems to be a rather untenable
