Ironman Training - Do You Put Much Emphasis on Nutrition?
In a big Ironman build I'd probably do a few bikes long bikes into shortrooms short bikes into longer rooms more from a kind of a technical point of view. Short distance nutrition's a really small percentage of your performance profile over Ironman it's evidently a very big percentage. Do the technical stuff right making sure that your air positions are good and that you can run off it make sure that your tri-suit isn't going to changesmall small simple things like that I think become really important and so yeah.
