How to Build Trust in a Corporate Environment

How do you overcome that especially in professional environments? People often don't want to show that side tof themselves. And so what i personally do in my teaching is i start really small, and you have to build that trust piece by piece. It doesn't happen all at once. There's actual a their rewards for just being a little bit more vulnerable,. A little bit more playful, a little bit at a time.
