The idea is that when it reaches a certain size, like a thousand people, you have to break off into smaller geographical, buy nothing groups. So in this community, they were almost at 5,000 people and they were getting pressure to sprout because that's what you're supposed to do. They knew that their members would hate the idea because there would be worries about Sprouting sort of entrenching Like the existing segregation and the legacy of redlining in their community.
