She's basically trying to stomp on one end of the tech sector so that engineers squirt out the other end Into manufacturing, which is what he really wants because he's a boomer Anything's that only like manufacturing his real stuff. In America we're having trouble executing the same style of industrial policy as china Because when we pay money for things things don't get done like they do in china. But I think that um Industrial policy might make america's institutions better in china's worse.
