The 11th Circuit's Opinion on a Nigerian Airlines Crash

The entire Vargazee decision is just over four pages long, which you may recognize as really damn short for an 11th Circuit opinion. I there's a lot here that I confused as to how they thought they were going to fake this. Like what I said to you on the phone last night was there are Nigerian spam scam documents that look more legitimate than this guy. It gets better. The very next day, April 26th, defense counsel submits a letter to the court. They say defendant has always agreed that these two cases do exist, but submits that they address issues entirely unrelated to the principles for which plaintiff cited them.
