Rev Left Interview With Kevin Rishi Johnson

I'm flabbergasted that people not only call themselves Christians but make it the main form of their identity and stand pretty much on every single issue against what we could only imagine the position of Jesus Christ would take. I've been trying to figure out how and when Christianity reinvented and devoted itself to being a predominantly exclusionary and often nationalist framework as opposed to a call to show God's love in a universal manner. It has something to do with settler colonialism and white supremacy and capitalism because religion can take many many different forms even the Christian one.
