There's so many writings we've known for thousands of years and now we're just starting to get the science to explain why they were. My friends sent me a, it was a translation of ancient Roman or ancient Greek physical training guide that said pick up heavy things consistently and eat a lot and run. It's like, oh, it's very obvious stuff, right? But it's funny to think about it's obvious now though. And then things that decrease inflammation are also effective on decreasing depression. Heat stress and exercise and walking and moving around and eating better. Funny how all these ancient bits of advice.
