Most athletes, if I have an athlete doing a three hour or four hour type training run, they're doing it at five in the morning. That's the vast majority of their training. A lot of athletes don't hit that noon, one, two, four p.m. time slot in terms of their training after eight hours of running already. And so we've got to break the old adage of you have to do something different in a race as compared to what you did in training.
