When it comes to investing outside of the business, i look for cashflo plays. Most of our deals pay us monthly. Some pay quarterly, but that's it. And then there's backhand stuff on the deals we do yess. These are collateralized cash flow loans. Essentially, a big portion of the portfolio is debt. So we invest in debt. It's basically fixed inome. But then there's some kickers on the other end. Every deal wherein has the cash flow, it has to pay back a set percentage of cash flow.
