"I saw her pull up one day with a brand new custom-made sundown or trailer just to haul the horses in. It was $250,000," she says. "Why would a city comp troller that works every day nine to five owned 400 horses and be showing them in such a lavish way? Everybody was like, how did Rita come across all this money?" She told people that her parents were investors in Campbell Soup companies.
