How to Deal With Interpersonal Conflicts
There's a certain level of understanding that must take place and um you can go one of two directions. Different groups will handle this differently but the key is getting ahead of it so that in case you do have one of these interpersonal conflicts you know the correct direction to resolve it. You need to know what the vibe is on the front end of what what how the group is chill because that's the only way you can resolve it after that. It took a while there was a period of like a month or more where that friend didn't want to see me because what they thought they had seen was the real kind of person that i am, he says.
