The only way a population can repopulate its ideological faction is through siphoning children from other often more conservative cultural traditions or in other ways, deviant cultural traditions that are for whatever we've been having a lot of kids. So the groups that really show resistance to this are conservative Christian groups and conservative Jewish groups. Even conservative iterations of those traditions are very bad at resisting prosperity induced fertility collapse.
