How to Respond to a Smart Young Man Reading Bad Theology

How do you respond to a smart young man in your congregation who's reading either a bad theology book or a questionable theology book? Do you say, oh, that's bad, don't read that. Like for instance, once I had somebody say he's reading all this into you right stuff. How would you respond to those moments? Depends on who the young man is and what he's added to you is.
