Margarita and her sister lola, were separated from their other two siblings. Three weeks passed with no sign of their parents. They went to a camp at a military base. But soon margerita was being moved some place else, very far away. In syracuse, they stayed at an orphanage or orfanato. There, margarita experienced something she had never seen before growing up on a tropical island.
