Family-FaceTime Can Be Very, Very Important

Family interactions are just also very, very critical. If they can come and see the patients in person, that's wonderful. If not, just really making sure that we can get them connected is a long way of really reorienting them. Just hearing, you know, basically family's members' voice can also be very, very calming.
