A friend of mine passed away during the week after a short illness with cancer. I took a day where I didn't train and it's very uncharacteristic for me to not ride my bike. The next morning I had a bit of a groggy head on me but I decided to get up early. This isn't going to be a depressing podcast about how futile life is. In fact, I'm hopeful this will be an uplifting and inspiring podcast because debt is such an absolute fact of our existence. There is a sell by days on all of us. Same as there is on a perishable food. This race has a finish line.
