i won't pretend to know how the elon musk acquisition of twitter will turn out, but it's pretty striking that every comet i've seen from anyone whose opinion i respect has been expressing nothing but devastation, pessimism and rage. I have a very bad feeling that if this goes through, and maybe even if it doesn't, that twitter's going to have significant lay offs this week. They're very big.
