The Difference Between Millennials and Gen Z

I feel like the difference between millennials and Gen Z will play out over the next five to 10 years as we see the economy or any of the political shifts just, you know, really drastically change life for a big segment of people. And it'll be interesting to see how much of that changes as as Gen Z goes into the workplace and starts to mature. But it is different. It really is. I have a friend who manages a large group of Millennials and Gen Z and a marketing agency. She told me she said markets almost like there's a wall betweenmillennials and Gen Z. There is like a whole different culture, a whole different expectation.
