Is Microaggressions on Racism?

Kevin Nadal, who is a professor of psychology, defines microaggressions as the everyday, subtle, intentional, and oftentimes unintentional interactions or behaviours that communicate some sort of bias toward historically marginalized groups. Alissa: I am kind of sick and tired of the narrative that because they're microaggression, it doesn't matter as much.
