In the book, you spend a fair amount of time talking about two concepts: usability and engageability. Can you kind of walk me through what those are? So it's anything from, is this icon understandable? Do you have good form follows functions? Like through the form, the shape of an icon, or the environment? Do you understand what you need to do? All the way to, is there too much information there for the player to actually be able to process everything? And again, if it's not the challenge of the game at that moment, you don't want that. so I talk about all these things.
