The Importance of Human Checks on Computer Pay
Some firms have found in their own research that these practices can actually lead to women earning less than men shocking computers are still discriminating and get based on gender. These computers cannot take into consideration non-discriminatory compensable factors like years of experience or education level or location. So if that's the case if the computers are screening out applicants based on gender or race or any other protected factor then it could be seen as per se illegal under a million employment laws.
