How Do You Define Customer Advocacy?
The name of my business is design symphony. The idea was to consciously design the way all the business pieces of your business worked so that we got every aspect of your business on the same sheet of music, playing in harmony together. I think customer advocacy is really the end goal for most organizations. And when a company reaches that point, it's when things get really interesting, because now you're growing at a rate and with a kind of speed and a pitch that you really just have to hold on and enjoy ride.
