Caroline's Captivity
Caroline was tied up in the West's car with her hands tied behind her back. Fred and Rose stripped Caroline naked, blindfolded and gagged. He beat her genitals with a belt then stood back to watch his young wife sexually assault Caroline before joining in himself. In addition to being raped, Caroline endured what she described as a gynecological examination. At around 6am, there was a knock at the West's front door. She yelled out to alert him of her captivity, prompting Rose to grab a pillow and smother Caroline's face.
