The Renewal Crisis Isn't Real

If you just own real estate anytime except for buying between call it early 2022 are you not better ahead? You don't date trade your primary residence. If you bought in 2022 on a short term mortgage you're pretty fucked right if you bought at any point in the last two three years on a short one to three year term you're probably pretty screwed. Maybe it won't be a crisis but it'll feel like it for a bunch of people that's for damn sure.
