I spent a huge amount of time in interviewing, because i just think that that's one of the most important functions of any fandersio de yor. I still respond t every single emal that i reteved from customers, but probably not as much percentage, as big percent as we used to do at that time. And maybe when i'm doing more now than i didn't do os much now, i ferly have to do a little bit more managing than before. Before it was almost like or di wont meed to do. Go do it. Now it's a litle bit hard. But even now rolf has to be part of the decision-making process
