How to Deal With Anger in a Healthy Way
i did not see people dealing with anger in a good way, or a suitable way as i was growing up. And to be transparent, even in entherapy, my therapist talked about it, you don't get angry because you haven't seen. You need examples of healthy, holy anger. I would encourage you to seek models of behaviour that are human around irritability. Do you have friends that are irritable? They are irritable, or they irritate me? No, no, no. Not too many. Ok, so i'm going to give you the home work to watch t b or movies that have characters where women are irritable. So you can see modeled behavior
