Keep Your Identity Lightly

I think there's something for our wholeness And our sense of self to embrace it pretty fully so tell me what first house what you mean by Holding it lightly. I'm a big fan of and have a lot of agreement with the effective altruist movement. So Should I say well, no, I'm not an effective altruist because I don't want that to become part of my identity? It's really hard to not let things into your identity just practically speaking logistically speaking.
