Is There an Imperative Consent in DIPA?
The language of DIPA does you need to have prior express written consent. That makes it difficult even if the average person would realize that that is being collected about them and they repeatedly provide the biometric, still says you have to get written consent. But I think if you worry the consent properly, you make it clear that the biometric identifier will be collected repeatedly over time. So the person knows clearly what they're consenting to. And we have a lot of other contexts where a single consent can cover multiple actions.
